The promoter of CREED III X BOXXER GIVEAWAY (“Prize Draw”) is BOXXER LIMITED, 105 Grove Lane, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 8JQ
1.1. This Prize Draw is open to UK Entrants Only. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
1.2. Employees of the Promoter or any associated company and their immediate family as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees and judges of the Prize Draw and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draw, may not enter the Prize Draw.
1.3. Entrants will require access to the internet to enter the Prize Draw.
1.4. Entrants must have their own active and public personal Instagram, Twitter or Facebook Accounts; plus email address.
1.5. Entrants remain subject to the Instagram, Twitter or Facebook terms and conditions.
- How to enter
2.1. To enter the Prize Draw all entrants must register by completing the designated giveaway form at Boxxer.com.
2.2. 1 winner will be chosen from all entries.
2.3. Entries must be made between 12pm GMT on 04.02.23 and 11:59am GMT on 09.02.23 (“Competition or Competition Period”) to be valid. Winners will be announced 10.02.23.
2.4. Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.
2.5. No third party or automated entries are permitted.
2.6. All entrants (including the winner(s)) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize.
- Winner selection and contact
3.1. The Promoter will select at random at the end of the Competition Period. The decision of the Promoter shall be final. The Promoter will announce the winner by naming the winner on @boxxer social channels.
3.2. No correspondence will be entered into respect of any decision made in connection with the Prize Draw.
3.3. At the end of the Competition Period, the Promoter will announce the winners on social channels and will also contact the winners via direct message or email. Once the Details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the Promoter will provide further details regarding the Prize.
If any winner fails to provide their Details to the Promoter within 24 hours, asking them to provide the Details in accordance with clause 3.2 then the Promoter acting in its absolute discretion may:
3.3.1. Make further attempts to contact that winner; and/or
3.3.2. Withdraw the Prize from that Winner.
3.3.3 If the Prize is declined by a Winner or is withdrawn from a Winner by the Promoter under clause 3:
3.3.4.the declining or forfeiting Winner will continue to be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions; and the Promoter may offer the Prize to a new Winner selected by the Judges in accordance with this clause.

2 x standard-tier tickets to an upcoming BOXXER Show in 2023, of the winner’s choosing.
2 x tickets to the CREED III European Premiere at Cineworld Leicester Square in London, on February 15 2023. Please note the following provisions:
- Tickets have no cash alternative, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Guest must agree to all security checks and security surveillance occurring during the event. Cameras and filming will be present and take place at this event.
- Doors open at 6pm and guests must be seated by 7pm. No one will be admitted without a ticket or after the screening begins
- At least one guest must be aged 18 or over. If the winner is under 18, then their guest must be their parent or guardian.
- Winner and guest must meet movie certification criteria – 12A rating expected.
- Winner and guest are solely responsible for all travel and expenses to attend the event.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify the prize subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Except for the one guest permitted, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests to the event.
